[ Investor brief. LEAP 2026, Riyadh. ]

Four applications behind one single sign-on, at one flat price, nothing feature-gated.

ROIkeep is the hub, Command and Control, Lead Central, and Expense Tracker. Built for companies up to about fifty people that run a sales floor, and working today for digital agencies.

The hub home after sign-in, with all four applications reachable from it and one person's day on the left

[ The problem ]

Small companies run on a pile of tools that do not know about each other.

Every one of those tools works on its own. Nothing joins them up, so work falls through.

Access outlives the person

Someone leaves and still has a way in. Credentials sit in chat threads where they were pasted. Setting a new person up takes days and half a dozen separate accounts.

Leads sit in three places

Marketplace messages, connection outreach, and cold calls each live in their own inbox, and none of them agree on what already happened with a lead.

No single record of work or spend

Nobody can say who is on what right now. Work is tracked in one tool and spending in another, and receipts go missing before anyone reconciles them.

[ The product ]

Four applications, one set of people, permissions, and records.

They share one database, so nothing has to be kept in step between them. Every plan ships all four.

The hub

The layer the other three sign in against

One account per person, by invite, reaches all four applications. Removing a person is one action: it bans them from every connected application and ends their active sessions.

Includes

  • Single sign-on
  • Attendance
  • Employee profiles
  • Asset and key tracking
  • Announcements
  • Credentials vault
The hub console, with a person's connected applications and the single action that removes their access

Command and Control

Where the work is visible

The work management application. The same product renders as an engineering board or a marketing and sales board, decided per user, and both boards read from one database, so nothing is duplicated.

Includes

  • Engineering board
  • Marketing and sales board
  • One shared database
The engineering board, with tickets in status columns and one person's assignments visible

Lead Central

Where revenue starts

The lead operations application. Upwork bids, Fiverr gigs and orders, and LinkedIn connection outreach are tracked as product objects in one dashboard, next to cold-call campaigns worked through 15 stages.

Includes

  • Outbound campaigns
  • Upwork and Fiverr pipelines
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • 15-stage call lifecycle
The Lead Central dashboard, with the marketplace and outreach pipelines and their stage counts

Expense Tracker

Where the money is recorded

Records company spending. A voucher cannot be saved without a receipt attached, with amounts in PKR, USD, or both at a live exchange rate. It is not accounting or bookkeeping.

Includes

  • Required receipts
  • PKR and USD
  • Not accounting or bookkeeping
A voucher with its receipt attached, which is the state it must reach before it can be saved

[ The offer ]

Four commitments a buyer can check before paying anything.

Nothing is feature-gated

Every feature ships on every plan. Plans differ by tenancy and by how the price is set, never by what a customer is allowed to use, so there is no feature comparison to run.

Not priced per person

Nothing is priced per user. On Essential and Private, the banded plans, the wording is exact: flat in-band, no seat add-ons, ever.

Data off shared infrastructure

Private is written for the company whose data must not sit on shared infrastructure. It is a dedicated instance to one standard specification: your own project, your own server, your own database.

You can leave with everything

A customer who leaves receives a full export of their data in CSV, PDF, and JSON. Any table view exports to CSV or PDF at any time.

[ Why the GCC, why now ]

The buyers and the budget are in the same place at the same time.

The companies this product is built for are concentrated here, and the market they sell into is growing.

Vision 2030 puts digital transformation spend at the centre of national policy, and enterprises here are buying against it.

Companies in this market that will not put their data on shared infrastructure need software that runs on a server of their own. Private is the plan written for exactly that company, and that company is the buyer ROIkeep is built to reach.

[ Status today ]

Where the product actually is.

What ships

The product exists and it is in use. We run our own company on it. We built it because we needed it. Every feature described above ships today, on every plan, and nothing on this page is a roadmap.

What is next

The goal now is early deployments with companies in the region. That is what this brief is for.

What is not there yet

ROIkeep holds no security certification today, and no penetration test or external audit has been performed. The security page states that in those words rather than leaving it to be discovered.

[ Team ]

Who is building it.

Silverthread Labs

The company behind ROIkeep

A B2B software company, 7+ years shipping software into production. Built a Chrome extension and grew it to 100,000 users. Shipped regulated systems for other companies under HIPAA, GDPR, and KYC/AML obligations, and those systems passed external security audits.
